Holy Spirit Parishioners,
Thank you for participating in our synodal survey. The information you provided is very important for planning purposes at Holy Spirit Parish; also, it will help our Parish Council determine questions for focus groups and a town hall meeting to be conducted by Father Anthony on April 3, 2022. Ultimately, the information will be integrated with feedback from other churches in the diocese and then, joining with input from churches throughout the world, it will be part of a summary report presented to the Vatican Synod in 2023.
According to the Vademecum (official handbook for the Synod) the purpose of the synodal process is to create “the path by which the Church can be renewed by the action of the Holy Spirit, listening together to what God has to say to his people”.
