Confirmation deepens our baptismal life that calls us to be missionary witnesses of Jesus Christ in our families, neighborhoods, society, and the world. . .We receive the message of faith in a deeper and more intensive manner with great emphasis given to the person of Jesus Christ, who asked the Father to give the Holy Spirit to the Church for building up the community in loving service (United States Catholic Catechism for Adults).

7th-8th Grade Caring Cupboard Project: This Advent season please help contribute to our Reverse Advent Calendar for Caring Cupboard. The idea behind this is that instead of receiving, we voluntarily give a gift to somebody in need. You will see that the items on the chart are mostly household and hygiene products (laundry detergent, deodorant, toothbrushes, cough drops, etc.) as opposed to food donation requests. That said, we will still take food donations (some of both is the best case scenario!) and include them in our bulk donation. Caring Cupboard – Reverse Advent Calendar
Parents: Students preparing for Confirmation require TWO years of religious education, per the Diocese of Harrisburg. Typically, this is grades 7 and 8.
