INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING A BULLETIN ANNOUNCEMENT
You may submit a request to publish information in our church bulletin either by email or by using the paper form. Your request must be received 2-3 weeks before your desired publication date. Announcements may be edited for clarity or space constraints.
TO SUBMIT USING EMAIL (preferred method)
Send an email to Becky Messimer, Parish Secretary and Bulletin Editor, at church@hspalmyra.com with the following information:
- Name and date of event
- Date(s) of bulletin publication
- Contact name and phone number and/or email address
- Ministry/organization name
- Description of event
TO SUBMIT USING A PAPER REQUEST
Complete and deliver the PAPER FORM to the parish office. Paper forms are also available on the wall rack in the narthex.
